Modular Clean rooms are most often used in manufacturing and research facilities, any industry or application where small airborne particles can adversely affect manufacturing, production, or packaging processes can benet from the use of a modular clean room.

A cleanroom is a controlled environment with a low level of pollutants such as dust, airborne microbes, aerosol particles, and chemical vapors. A clean room maintains a controlled level of contamination, which is specied by both particle per cubic foot and allowable particle size.

AIR HANDLING UNIT

An air handling unit (AHU) is a device used to generate a large volume of air to recondition and circulate as a part of cooling, heating and ventilating systems in buildings. These AHU reconnected through duct work that distributes the conditioned supply air to the various rooms in building and returns it to the AHU.

AIR SHOWER

Air shower is made of SS 304 grade material. Air shower is installed at entrances to clean rooms and other controlled environments. They remove particulate contamination of personnel and material entering into the clean area. The inside environment is scrubbed with high velocity HEPA ltered air jet nozzles with velocities of 20-22 m/s.

OT HEPA PLEANUM

OT (Operation Theater) HEPA module is installedincriticalareaofhospitals. OT Plenum is tted with HEPA lter to control the particle contamination by passing the air in same direction with a same speed to avoid the turbulent and swirls in Operation Theater. In this OT HEPA module air enters through AHU and drops the air through the HEPA lters installed in the plenum, 99.997% particle and contamination free air passed vertically downwards the work surface and leaves the cabinet sweeping out particles and bacteria.

CABINETS

STERILE GARMENT STORAGE CABINET

Sterile garment storage cabinet is used to store clean apparel like garments, tool, wipes and other material for clean rooms. A Sterile garment cabinet plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness of clean room environment. A Sterile garment cabinet equipped with hepa lter and UV light to clear the contamination on garments. A hepa lters clear the contamination with an efciency of 99.999% to 0.3μ. An UV light protects from bacteria and any other microorganisms.

Bio-safety Cabinets

Bio safety cabinets, also known as biological safety cabinets, Microbiological laboratories are dealing with disease-producing micro-organisms require ensuring that the personnel working in them, or the people passing near them, are not infected. These laboratory workspace areas designed to protect the user and surrounding environment from pathogens. The air circulated and discharged to the outside in this bio safety cabinet is ltered with Hepa lters. Biosafety cabinets are only used for certain risk group organisms and for processes that might result in aerosol formation.

CLASSIFICATION OF BIO-SAFETY CABINETS

Class I

Class I biosafety cabinets provides protection to the surrounding environment and personnel working in the work space, But it doesn’t provide protection to the sample being manipulated as the unsterile room air enters to work space.

Class II

Class II biosafety cabinets provide protection to both sample and personnel working in the work space. Work space is protected with HEPA ltered sterile air where the biological product handled

Class II BSCs are further divided into four types depending on the exhaust system and the mechanism of work (recirculation of the exhaust air); Type A1, Type A2, Type B1, and Type B2.

TypeA1/A2–Re-circulatedairbackintothelaboratory.A1&A2aresimilarbutdifferentiated by the minimum average inow velocity (FPM). A1 cabinets have minimum average inow velocity of 75 FPM; Where A2 cabinets have minimum average inow velocity of 100 FPM above the work station.

Type B1/B2 – B1-Re-circulates a percentage of air into laboratory. B2 cabinets are entirely hard ducted to atmosphere.

Class III

Class lll cabinets are also known as glove boxes, provides maximum protection the enclosure is gas-tight, and where all air that either enters or leaves through the facility pass through a HEPA lter. The cabinets are provided with rubber gloves that are attached to the system to avoid the hand moment of operator in the cabinet and prevent direct contact between operator and sample the exhaust air is treated with double HEPA lters or HEPA lters in combination with incineration.

PASS BOX

STATIC PASS BOX

Static pass box is a simple box with a UV light, which is installed between two higher cleanliness areas and it shall have the higher pressure to prevent the cross contamination. The UV light installed in the pass box will remove contamination that may enter during the transfer of material.

DYNAMIC PASS BOX

Dynamic pass box is installed between sterile and non-sterile areas to prevent the cross contamination. The working area contamination is cleared with vertically installed HEPA ltered air; the pass box will remove contamination that may enter during the transfer of material and cleanliness according to Class 100.

LAMINAR FLOW

HORIZONTAL LAMINAR AIR FLOW UNIT

Horizontal laminar workstation is closed cabinet is tted with HEPA lter and as well as UV Light to control the particle contamination by passing the air in same direction with a same speed to avoid the turbulent and swirls in work bench. In this horizontal laminar ow unit room air enters in to the system, from above the HEPA lter 99.997% particle and contamination free air is passed horizontally towards the work surface. This unit is designed for Class 100.

VERTICAL LAMINAR AIR FLOW UNIT

Dynamic pass box is installed between sterile and non-sterile areas to prevent the cross contamination. The working area contamination is cleared with vertically installed HEPA ltered air; the pass box will remove contamination that may enter during the transfer of material and cleanliness according to Class 100.

REVERSE LAMINAR AIR FLOW UNIT

Reverse laminar air ow unit is built with scavenging system to protect product, operator, and as well as surrounding environment. This RLAF unit is used for major applications in SAMPLING & DISPENSING processes. This ensures to draw powder aerosols away from the operator and the operating environment protect product and creates safe working conditions for person. This is a recirculation air ow process with bleed exhaust to maintain negative pressure in working space. This unit is designed for “Class 100.

MOBILE LAMINAR AIR FLOW UNIT

Mobile laminar air ow is a movable laminar is used to transfer material without cross contamination. HEPA lter to control the particle contamination by passing the air in same direction with a same speed to avoid the turbulent and swirls in work area. In this mobile laminar ow unit HEPA air clears 99.997% efcient of particle and contamination free air passed vertically downwards to the work surface and leaves the cabinet sweeping out particles and bacteria and protects the material. This unit is designed for “Class 100”.

Laboratory fume hoods Provide protection to both laboratory Personnel and the work environment from the toxic fumes and gases. The ducted fume hoods are connected to centrifugal exhaust blowers through FRP duct which is chemical resistance.

LABORATORY WORK TABLE

Laboratory work tables are made up of with MS CRCA heavy duty steel with anti bacterial coating. These tables come along with Electrical trunking. Sizes are customized according to the site and requirements

HOSPITAL SCRUB SINK

Hospital Scrub Sink Made up of SS304, heavy duty stainless steel, with zero leakage. Scrub sinks are available in Elbow operated & Foot operated and sensor operated as customized shape and sizes.

AIR FILTERS

PRE/FINE FILTERS

Pre/Fine filters are clear the coarse particles from the air. These filters are used as primary & secondary Filteration in every filter bank and AHU’s. These filters have different levels of effciency to clean the airborne particles up to
3 μ, 5μ, 10μ, 20μ.

CONVENTIONAL HEPA FILTERS

High effciency particulate air (HEPA) filter, these filters are removes dust, bacteria, pollen, and airborne particles with size of 0.3 micron with effciency of 99.97%. These lters are used in clean rooms, hospital and all the areas where high degree of cleanness is required. These fillters are made with micro glass fiber paper media is separated with corrugated aluminum foil.

MINIPLEAT HEPA FILTERS

Minipleat HEPA filter, these filters are removes dust, bacteria, pollen, and airborne particles with size of 0.3 micron with efficiency of 99.97%. These filters are used in clean rooms, hospital and all the areas where high degree of cleanness is required. These filters are made with micro glass fiber paper media is separated with hot melt medical grade glue.

ACTIVATED CARBON FILTERS

Activated carbon filters is ideal for removing organic chemicals like pesticides, chloroform and many VOC’s (Volatile organic compounds), gaseous pollutants from the air. It can be used in domestic and industrial purposes like air purifiers etc…

INFINITY AERO FILTERS

Infinity aero filter is a combination round filter of Activated carbon and pre filter and Minipleat hepa filter. It gives a fine Filteration of 0.3 micron along with removing organic chemicals like pesticides, chloroform and many VOC’s (Volatile organic compounds), gaseous pollutants from the air. It can be used in domestic and industrial purposes like air purifiers etc…, Efficiency of this filter is up to 99.997% down to 0.3 micron.

POCKET FILTERS

Pocket filters are as fine filters it also clear the coarse particles from the air. These filters are used as secondary Filteration in every filter bank and AHU’s. These filters have different levels of efficiency to clean the airborne particles up to 3μ, 5μ, 10μ, 20μ.

HYDRAULIC OIL FILTERS

Hydraulic Filters are mostly used in hydraulic systems. These Filters are integral parts of a hydraulic system. The purpose of such a system is to actuate a hydraulic motor using pressurised hydraulic Fluid. Hydraulic Filters remove contaminants from oils, emulsions and other hydraulic Fluids.

DUST COLLECTOR FILTERS

Pleated Dust collector Fillters are widely used in the Field of dust collection systems. These bags are made up of 100% spun bonded polyester media with PTFE coating. These filters offer a smooth surface filtration.
